Pangaea opened in December 1987 in a small and out-of-the-way space, featuring vintage clothing and Guatemalan imports. Through 20 years and two moves, Pangaea has become an anchor store in bustling Hillsboro Village.  Packed with women’s and men’s new clothing, silver jewelry from around the world, beautiful mirrors, lamps and linens, folk art from Mexico, books, toys and quirky gifts – it’s hard to take it all in during one visit.  The store is a reflection of the owner’s and buyers’ tastes and travels. You think of the southwest, of Mexico, and maybe a little bit of Asia and India Though the vintage clothing has been phased out, there is a vintage or antique feel to many things in the store.  Come on in and take a look around.
